TYPES OF MASSAGES

The BREUß-MASSAGE

is a special type of back massage, either as an ideal supplement to the therapy of the spinal cord or as single application. The massage with warm St.-John´s wort oil and healing magnetic manual manoeuvres loosen emotional and physical tensions, softly straighten the spinal cord and improve regeneration of the spinal discs.

INTEGRAL MASSAGE

is a classical type of massage technique taking into account energetic aspects.
Attentive touch, nourishing oil and smooth manual manoeuvres enhance relaxation, trust and well-being; improve blood circulation, lymphatic flow and metabolism.
It helps the patient to become more aware of his own body.

In Europe the INDIAN BABY MASSAGE

became known through the doctor Frédérick Leboyer. It responds to the baby´s need for rhythmical movement, caressing touch and warmth and releases emotional or physical tensions.
Soft hands lead to interaction with the child in a peaceful atmosphere.

FOOT REFLEXOLOGY

For 5000 years pressure massage of the foot´s reflex zones has been an acknowledged method in India, China, and Egypt. It was also carried out by North American Indians and in Europe until the Middle Ages. For a few decades this method, modified by Hanne Marquardt, has also been revived in Germany.
The system of reflexology describes for every organ of the human body an equivalent spot or reflex zone on the soles of the foot. Physical disharmony or strain can be detected and influenced by smooth or stronger pressure with the thumb onto the neural endings on the sole to stimulate and assist the self-regulation mechanisms of the body.
